Terms of use
Draft — pending legal review.
These terms describe how Mindcomb is meant to be used while it is in development. They are not yet binding.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Mindcomb to break the law or the usage policies of the model providers you call.
- Do not submit or share content you have no right to share, or content that harms or harasses others.
- Do not try to disrupt Mindcomb, get around its limits, or reach other people's private data or keys.
- Sexual content involving minors, exploitation and serious harmful content are prohibited everywhere. The named-adult staging trial may admit provider-allowed consensual adult text privately; it cannot be shared publicly or by link.
- Mindcomb may hide content and limit accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep your rights to your prompts and other content. When you save a comb as public or unlisted, you let Mindcomb store it and show it to the people who can see it: everyone for public combs, anyone with the link for unlisted ones. New direct comparisons start with Public selected; you can choose Private before or after saving, at any time, to limit access within Mindcomb to your account. Doing so stops future access but cannot recall copies others already saw, copied or shared. Private combs do not enter public leaderboards or research datasets. Other people can fork eligible public combs into their own comparisons, with credit; a fork stays theirs and keeps showing if you later make your comb private, without credit to it.
Licensing your data for research is separate and off unless you opt in.
Your API keys
Mindcomb calls model providers with the API keys you add. You are responsible for your provider accounts, their costs and their terms. Mindcomb uses your keys only for the requests you make.
No warranty
Mindcomb is in development and provided as is, without warranties. Model answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date; check anything important before relying on it. Features may change or stop.
