Usage you can see and control
More perspectives. Clear spending limits.
One monthly Mindcomb plan for supported AI models is coming soon. Invited beta users can bring their own keys now; providers bill their API usage directly.
One workspace. Two ways to use AI.
Choose the access that works for you.
Compare, improve and keep useful answers. Choose Mindcomb credits or your own provider keys for a new comparison.
Hosted · coming soon
One Mindcomb subscription with included usage credits for supported AI models. Mindcomb handles model billing, so you do not need separate provider API billing for hosted usage.
Supported models, prices and allowances will be published after usage costs and the hosted experience are validated.
A one-time trial and optional prepaid top-ups are planned. They are not available yet.
Your own keys · private beta
Connect supported provider API keys and choose your lineup. Your providers bill model usage directly; BYOK comparisons do not consume Mindcomb credits.
For invited beta testers. Official API access is separate from consumer chat subscriptions. Keys are saved securely, not automatically tested with paid requests.
See what you needA free account keeps your work together.
Save and share comparisons, choose a winner, reuse setups and return to your work. Account features are separate from model usage: BYOK is billed by your providers, and hosted generation uses Mindcomb credits when available.
Your payment-method switch applies to new comparisons. A comparison already started keeps its original payment method, including retries and recovery. Mindcomb does not automatically fall back to another payment method.
Know what a comparison costs
Does my ChatGPT or Claude subscription cover this?
Consumer subscriptions and API access are separate. Create an API key with each provider you want to use and check that provider’s billing settings.
What changes the cost?
Each selected model receives a request. Prompt length, included history, model prices and answer length affect provider usage. Retrying, combining answers or continuing a conversation makes additional requests only when you choose them.
Are saved keys tested automatically?
No. Saving a key stores it securely; it does not send a paid validation request. Saved, not verified means the provider has not yet accepted it for a comparison.
Can I try the interface before spending on models?
You can browse public comparisons. Invited staging testers also have a separate gallery of clearly labelled fictional comparisons and read-only demo profiles. Those fixtures make no model calls.
