Make your first comparison
Try a question you can judge, read the answers, and keep a useful result. You control every Ask, pick and save. This guide is also here whenever you return.
Hosted trials and plans are in preparation. Until they are available, use your own API keys. Browsing public comparisons never requires an account.
- Hive
- Your workspace for a question, its answers and your verdict.
- Swarm
- The models you select to answer the same question.
- Mindcomb
- A saved prompt, its recorded answers and your verdict.
Prepare your models
Sign in and choose your models. Use hosted credits when available, or add official provider API keys in settings.
Ask the swarm
Write a question with enough context to judge the answers. Review the usage source and any estimate, then press Ask when ready.
Compare and pick
Read the completed answers side by side or in Overview. Check their usefulness, cost and speed, then choose a winner. Stopped and failed answers cannot win.
Save a Mindcomb
Review the publication preview and visibility, then press Save Mindcomb. Saving keeps the recorded prompt, answers and your verdict together.
Use your own API access
Use official provider API keys, separate from consumer chat logins and subscriptions. Available means a credential is configured, not validated. Saving a key does not validate it or start a provider request.
With your own API keys, the current catalog has one model per provider, so comparing two models needs two provider keys. You can still ask and save with one model.
API key settingsShare by default, private when you want
New comparisons start as Public, so others can learn from them on Explore. Choose Anyone with the link or Private before saving, or change it any time after with Change access on the comb. Sharing includes the prompt, answers, your verdict and relevant conversation; private system instructions stay private. Sexual content and some other comparisons can’t be shared yet and are saved privately. Making a comb private stops future access; it cannot recall copies people already saw, copied or shared, and other people’s forks keep showing without credit to it.
Start with a question
These prompts only prefill the Hive. Adjust the question and choose models, then press Ask yourself. Replacing an existing draft requires your confirmation.
